Welcome to Talksoul, an AI character chat and anime role-playing app. By using Talksoul, you agree to this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talksoul, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to abide by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy (available in the app).

2. Services Provided

Talksoul offers AI-powered chat features, including customizable virtual characters for role-playing and text-based interactions. We may update or modify these services at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• Talksoul, its design, and AI technology are owned by xAI.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of Talksoul is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data (e.g., chat logs, preferences) as described therein to provide and improve services.

8. Termination

• You may stop using Talksoul at any time and delete your account via settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Talksoul is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for damages from app use, including data loss or interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update this Agreement. Changes will be posted in the app with the updated date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
